METANOIA
Is there any such thing as a utopia? In a distant future, humans constructed a society without fear or harm, at the expense of what truly makes us human. This is a concept film on the relationship between humans and new technologies, exploring futurology, psychology, transhumanism, ethics and our role in an ever changing world. Inspirations for this film include Minority Report, Blade Runner and Gattaca.
Produced as part of Craving For Future Realities, a semester project at HTW Berlin.

Metanoia is a reflection on our own shortcomings, which reminds us that we live in a world of our own making, and with the advent of new techniogies, AI and further human integrations, that the power reamins with us to harness it to change the world for the better.
Metanoia was a quarter-finalist among over 13,000 submissions at the Student World Impact Film Festival.
